The DBAA river fishing is open to members and visitors now. Please check "Day & Weekly" Tickets Section for detail information on how to obtain a vistior permit for the river fishing.
Currently no DBAA permits are available from the Birnam Village shop or the Murthly Nisa for any of DBAA waters

Founded over 50 years ago predominantly as a brown trout fishing association, Dunkeld and Birnam Angling Association has grown to its current capacity of 420 members. Our membership comprises both local and country members from throughout the UK made up of adult, junior and senior members.
The Dunkeld and Birnam Angling Association has access to Trout fishing on sections of the Rivers Tay and Braan and also Balhomish Loch and Butterstone Loch with all association waters being available to members for trout fishing.
Balhomish and Butterstone lochs are for members only - there are no day tickets avaialble for visiting anglers.
Visisting anglers can purchase day and weekly tickets for trout fishing on both the Rivers Tay and Braan through various local outlets (see “Day Tickets” section).
